1. No Refunds Policy

Beta subscriptions are non-refundable. All sales are final. In exchange for the 70% discount, you agree that you cannot request a refund for any reason, including bugs, feature limitations, or dissatisfaction.

2. Feedback Requirement

Beta members are expected to provide feedback on bugs, features, and user experience. This includes:

  • Reporting bugs or technical issues when encountered
  • Participating in occasional surveys (1-2 per quarter)
  • Responding to feature feedback requests (optional but encouraged)
  • Sharing user experience insights to improve the product

3. Beta Software Limitations

As beta software, TradePsych may contain bugs, incomplete features, or undergo changes. You acknowledge:

  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • Occasional bugs, errors, or downtime may occur
  • UI/UX may undergo significant changes based on feedback
  • Performance may vary as we optimize the platform

4. Lifetime Beta Pricing

Your 70% discount is locked in for life, as long as you:

  • Maintain an active subscription (no gaps longer than 30 days)
  • Stay on the same tier (upgrading preserves discount, downgrading may not)
  • Comply with Terms of Service and Beta Program requirements

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime. However:

  • No refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • Re-subscribing after 30+ days may result in losing beta pricing
  • License keys may be deactivated upon cancellation

6. Communication Channels

Beta members will receive:

  • Weekly product update emails (can opt-out)
  • Bug fix and feature release notifications
  • Direct feedback request emails from the development team

7. Data & Privacy

Beta Program FAQ

How long does the beta phase last?

The beta phase will last approximately 3-6 months. Your 70% discount continues for life even after we exit beta, as long as you maintain your subscription.

What if I find a critical bug?

Report it immediately to support@tradepsych.io. Critical bugs affecting core functionality will be prioritized. While we can't offer refunds, we appreciate detailed bug reports and may offer account credits for exceptional contributions.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan later?

Yes! Upgrading preserves your 70% beta discount. Downgrading may preserve the discount depending on timing (contact support first). Switching between plans mid-cycle is prorated.

How do I provide feedback?

Use the in-app feedback button, email support@tradepsych.io with subject "Beta Feedback", or join our beta Discord channel (link sent after signup). Surveys will be sent via email quarterly.

What happens after beta ends?

Your subscription continues at the same 70% discounted rate. Nothing changes except we remove the "beta" label and the software becomes more stable. You're grandfathered in at beta pricing forever.
